1	UK - In Flight	-
	Depart the UK on a flight to Beijing.
2	Beijing	D
	Upon arrival, met and transferred to your hotel for 3 nights. Rest of day at your leisure.
3	Beijing	BLD
	Sightseeing today starts by joining the local people at the beautiful Temple of Heaven for Tai Chi. After lunch we will stroll through Tiananmen Square, then enter the incredible Forbidden City. In the evening there will be a sumptuous Peking Duck Dinner.
4	Beijing	BLD
	Visit the Great Wall at Mutianyu, afternoon head to the Summer Palace. On the way back to Beijing and stop at some 2008 Olympic venues such as the Birds Nest and the Water Cube.
5	Beijing - Xian	BLD
	After breakfast catch a flight to Xian. Upon arrival visit the Ancient City Wall where you can explore on foot or ride a bicycle. In the evening enjoy a Dumpling Dinner and the Tang Dynasty Show.
6	Xian	BLD
	Visit the Terracotta Warriors in the morning, after lunch visit the Big Wild Goose Pagoda. Later in the afternoon stroll through the lively Muslim Quarter with the Great Mosque.
7	Xian - Guilin	BLD
	In the morning visit the Shaanxi Historical Museum with over 400,000 artefacts on display including treasures from many dynasties. Also visit one of the grandest symbols of Xian - The Bell Tower. Fly to Guilin.
8	Guilin	BLD
	A full day excursion to the Longsheng Terraced Rice Fields against the backdrop of mountains - some of the most beautiful scenery in China.
9	Guilin - Yangshuo	BLD
	Cruise along the Li River and enjoy the breathtaking landscape of limestone hills, tranquil fishing scenes and peaceful villages. Overnight in Yangshuo.
10	Yangshuo - Guilin	BLD
	Leaving Yangshuo in the morning we visit the Reed Flute Caves - a remarkable collection of colourfully illuminated stalactites and staligmites. Also visit Fubo Hill and Elephant Trunk Hill.
11	Guilin - Chongqing	BLD
	Catch a flight to Chongqing, if time permits we may take a brief city tour. Board the Cruise ship for 3 nights.
12	Yangtze River Cruise	BLD
	The first day of the cruise we have an excursion to the Ghost Town of Fengdu.
13	Yangtze River Cruise	BLD
	Second day of the cruise includes an excursion to the Shennong Stream and sailing through the Yangtze Gorge.
14	Yichang - Shanghai	BLD
	Last day of the cruise we sail through the Xiling Gorge and visit the Three Gorges Dam. Disembark from the ship at Yichang and catch a flight to Shanghai, upon arrival met and transferred to your hotel.
15	Shanghai	BLD
	Take a city tour of the Old Town, Yu Yuan Gardens and Jade Buddha Temple. Also visit the Shanghai Museum and The Bund. Spend the evening in the leisure district of Xin Tian Di.
16	Shanghai - UK	B
	After breakfast transfer to the airport for your flight back to the UK.

Meals
Breakfast at the hotel will typically be a buffet style with western and chinese food. Lunch and Dinner will be taken outside the hotel at local chinese restaurants.
Add On Extensions
Why not add a 3 day Hong Kong extension to the end of your tour. Prices start from £399 (including flights - subject to availablity). Staying at the Metropark Kowloon hotel or similar. Meals are not included.

16	Shanghai - Hong Kong (B)
	Transfer to the airport to catch your flight to Hong Kong. Take the shuttle bus to your hotel for a 2 night stay, rest of the day is at your leisure.
17	Hong Kong
	Enjoy a morning half day island tour taking a ride on the Peak Tram to Victoria Peak, Stanley Market, Repulse Bay and Aberdeen. Afternoon is free at leisure.
18	Hong Kong - UK
	Free at leisure until your transfer to the airport for your flight back to the UK.
