1	UK - In Flight	-
	Depart the UK on a flight to Beijing.
2	Beijing	D
	Upon arrival, met and transferred to your hotel for 3 nights. Rest of day at your leisure.
3	Beijing	BLD
	Sightseeing today starts by joining the local people at the beautiful Temple of Heaven for Tai Chi. After lunch we will stroll through Tiananmen Square, then enter the incredible Forbidden City. In the evening there will be a sumptuous Peking Duck Dinner.
4	Beijing	BLD
	Visit the Great Wall at Mutianyu, afternoon head to the Summer Palace. On the way back to Beijing and stop at some 2008 Olympic venues such as the Birds Nest and the Water Cube.
5	Beijing - Xian	BLD
	After breakfast catch a flight to Xian. Upon arrival visit the Ancient City Wall where you can explore on foot or ride a bicycle. In the evening enjoy a Dumpling Dinner and the Tang Dynasty Show.
6	Xian	BLD
	Visit the Terracotta Warriors in the morning, after lunch visit the Big Wild Goose Pagoda. Later in the afternoon stroll through the lively Muslim Quarter with the Great Mosque.
7	Xian - Guilin	BLD
	In the morning visit the Shaanxi Historical Museum with over 400,000 artefacts on display including treasures from many dynasties. Also visit one of the grandest symbols of Xian - The Bell Tower. Fly to Guilin.
8	Guilin	BLD
	A full day excursion to the Longsheng Terraced Rice Fields against the backdrop of mountains - some of the most beautiful scenery in China.
9	Guilin - Yangshuo	BLD
	Cruise along the Li River and enjoy the breathtaking landscape of limestone hills, tranquil fishing scenes and peaceful villages. Overnight in Yangshuo.
10	Yangshuo - Guilin	BLD
	Leaving Yangshuo in the morning we visit the Reed Flute Caves - a remarkable collection of colourfully illuminated stalactites and staligmites. Also visit Fubo Hill and Elephant Trunk Hill for panoramic views of the city.
11	Guilin - Chengdu	BLD
	Catch a flight to Chengdu. Rest of the day at leisure.
12	Chengdu	BLD
	A full day excursion to the magnificent LeShan Buddha. Enjoy a traditional Sichuan meal for dinner.
13	Chengdu - Lijiang	BLD
	This morning we shall visit the Panda Breeding Research Centre to see these beautiful animals in their home environment. Fly to Lijiang.
14	Lijiang	BLD
	Visit the Stone Drum village and see the first bend of the Yangtze River. Enjoy the dramatic scenery of the Tiger Leaping Gorge - one of the deepest in the world.
15	Lijiang	BLD
	Ride the cable car to Jade Dragon Snow Mountain, tour the Basha Naxi minority village and its ancient wall paintings. Enjoy the Naxi Ancient Music Show in the evening.
16	Lijiang - Chongqing	BLD
	Fly to Chongqing, if time permits we may take a brief city tour before boarding the ship for the start of the cruise.
17	Yangtze River Cruise	BLD
	Cruise the Yangtze River as it meanders through the heartland of China. Enjoy the beautiful scenery along the river and the facilities onboard. Today’s shore excursion is to Fengdu Ghost City.
18	Yangtze River Cruise	BLD
	Cruise through the dramatic Three Gorges, beneath soaring limestone cliffs rising sheer from the water. Next, embark a small motorboat and journey through the tranquil Daning River and Lesser Three Gorges or Shennong Stream.
19	Yichang - Shanghai	BLD
	Shore excursion to The Three Gorges Dam Site. Disembark at Yichang at noon. Transfer to Yichang airport and fly to Shanghai, China’s most modern metropolis
20	Shanghai	BLD
	Take a city tour of the Old Town, Yu Yuan Gardens and Jade Buddha Temple. Also visit the Shanghai Museum and The Bund. Spend the evening in the leisure district of Xin Tian Di.
21	Suzhou	BLD
	An excursion to the beautiful city of Suzhou, known as the "Venice of the East" renowned for its attractive gardens, enjoy a cruise on the Grand Canal - the largest in China.
22	Shanghai - UK	B
	After breakfast, transferred to the airport for the flight home.

	Enjoy a morning half day island tour taking a ride on the Peak Tram to Victoria Peak, Stanley Market, Repulse Bay and Aberdeen. Afternoon is free at leisure.

	Free at leisure until your transfer to the airport for your flight back to the UK.
